Appointments are required for all pets, as we only have a certain amount of time available during the day. Please contact us to book an appointment.

Unfortunately due to the facilities, we cannot handle many urgent cases. If you need your pet to be seen urgently or emergently, it is recommended that you call us at (250) 428-9494, and prepare for a visit at our clinic in Creston.

Appointments are typically 20 - 40 minutes, depending on the the services that are being administered.

Our Crawford Bay clinic runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm. However, during difficult winter months, these can vary. When you book and appointment with us, we will give you an appointment time.

At our Crawford Bay clinic, we can trim nails, administer vaccines, check ears and eyes, express anal glands, along with providing wellness exams. Due to the facilities, we cannot provide our full services. Please enquire while booking an appointment if we are able to accommodate your requests.

Unfortunately, we cannot always see large animals on our dedicated lake days. These are appointments that require pre-booking and specific scheduling, so please enquire when booking an appointment! Depending on the nature of the visit, it may need to be on a separate day.
