How to Redeem Care Coins

Care Coins are awarded based on the total cost of the professional service and parasiticide prescriptions itemized per invoice. They can be redeemed for the following preventive care services:

  • Preventive Care Exam

    A preventive care exam is a routine check-up to assess the overall health of the pet. These exams are important for detecting any potential health issues early on and ensuring your pet stays healthy and happy.

  • Fecal Exam

    Redeem 4 Care Coins for $20 Off

    A fecal exam is a diagnostic test that examines a stool sample for the presence of parasites and their eggs. This test is commonly used to detect and treat parasitic infections in pets.

  • Preventive Care Blood Panel

    Redeem 15 Care Coins for $75 Off

    A preventive care blood panel helps veterinarians assess the overall health of a cat or dog by measuring various parameters, such as organ function, blood cell counts, and electrolyte levels. This test can help detect early signs of illness or underlying health issues before they become more serious.

  • Preventive Care Chest X-Rays

Program Rules & Regulations

  • Clients can enrol in the Care Coin Program in person at our hospital.
  • Invoices cannot be combined.
  • Care Coins can be redeemed on eligible preventive care services only.
  • Care Coins can be redeemed for any pet in the same household.
  • Care Coins cannot be transferred to another person.
  • One Care Coin redemption per eligible service.
  • Food, treats, retail products, non-parasiticide prescription medications and large animal products or services are not eligible to collect Care Coins at this time.

Program Duration

This program will run from September 2024 until September 2026. Care Coins not redeemed during this time period will expire.
